Rosemary potato crisps

  • 3
    large potatoes
  • fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • snipped rosemary
  • salt
  • olive oil


Peel and slice potatoes very thinly and place on a well-oiled baking sheet (don't overcrowd, as they won't crisp). Sprinkle finely chopped fresh garlic, snipped rosemary and salt over. Brush with olive oil and bake at 180 ºC for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
