Ingredients (7)

15.00 ml oil
125.00 ml wine — red
10.00 ml fresh rosemary — chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
25.00 ml tomato purée
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
6.00 lamb — chops

Method:

Mix the oil, red wine, rosemary, garlic and tomato purée in a mixing bowl.
Marinate the chops in the mixture for about an hour. Season the chops with salt and pepper and braai over hot coals or fry in a heated ridged pan until brown on both sides. Serve with a salad and vegetable rice if desired.
Serves 4-6.
