1.00 ui, gekap
30.00 ml cake flour
5.00 ml mustard — powder
5.00 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper
1.00 pinch nutmeg
125.00 ml milk
125.00 ml hoenderaftreksel
750.00 ml samp
1.00 hand vol fresh parsley — chopped

Method:

1. Smelt die botter in ‘n kastrol en soteer die
ui tot sag en glansend. Gooi die koekmeel,
mosterd, sout en swartpeper en neutmuskaat
by en roer dit tot gemeng. Gooi die melk en
hoenderaftreksel by en roer die mengsel met
‘n draadklitser tot glad. Hou aan roer totdat
dit verdik. Gooi die mieliepitte by en laat dit
vir ‘n paar minute stadig prut.

2. Roer laastens die pietersielie by en sit
dit voor.
