300.00 g milk chocolate
150.00 g walnuts
300.00 g flour — self-raising
150.00 g sugar
100.00 ml milk
150.00 ml sour cream
1.00 eggs — large
100.00 g butter — melted
30.00 g marshmallows — mini
icing sugar — to decorate

Method:

Preheat oven to 170 ºC. Break chocolate into rough chunks and coarsely chop walnuts.
Sift flour and sugar into a large bowl. Beat together milk, sour cream, egg and butter until well blended. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture to make a stiffish batter.
Lightly stir in chocolate, nuts and marshmallows until just mixed. Spoon into 16 cupcake papers set into deep-hollow muffin tins, filling each paper well.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until well risen and golden. Leave to cool slightly. Sprinkle with sifted icing sugar before serving.
