Preheat the grill until hot. Wrap each fillet in 2 slices of bacon. Place on a baking tray and grill for a few
minutes on all sides until cooked. Serve with lemon wedges, sliced ripe tomatoes and basil pesto mixed with yoghurt and diced cucumber.
