Roasted Rosa tomatoes

Roasted tomatoes

  • 1
    large punnet Rosa tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • salad leaves and fresh herbs, to serve


15 to 20 minutes
Sprinkle a tray full of ripe Rosa tomatoes with salt and lashings of olive oil and pop in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the skins burst.
Serve with salad greens and herbs.
