  • 2 rolled loin of lamb
  • 1 jar of Woolies Onion Marmalade
  • a dash - about 2 tbl spoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 glasses of red wine
  • maldon sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • olive oil - for browning the meat
