  • 16
    new potatoes
  • olive oil
  • coarse salt


30-40 min
Roast potatoes: Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Wash the new potatoes (leave the skin on). Place in an oven dish and sprinkle with a little olive oil and coarse salt. Roast for 30-40 minutes until done.
