Roast chicken curry

Comforting roast chicken swirled into a delicious curry.

Ingredients (10)

6 chicken — pieces
For the curry sauce:
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup tomato sauce
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 red onion — chopped
4 tsp curry powder
3/4 cup chutney
1 tsp salt
2 tsp mustard — powder
4 star anise — whole

Method:

Preheat oven to 180ºC.

Place the chicken pieces in an oven pan.
   
Mix the ingredients for the sauce together and pour over the chicken pieces.
   
Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 1 – 2 hours, until chicken falls off the bone!

Serve with wispy rice and a fresh salad or salsa.
