250.00 g courgettes — baby, sliced
2.00 patty pans — halved
100.00 g baby potatoes — halved
250.00 g yellow patty pans — halved
250.00 g butternut — cubed
2.00 red onions — quartered
5.00 ml sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
65.00 ml fresh chillies — 573

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

2. Place vegetables in a roasting pan and
season with salt and black pepper. Drizzle
with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes.
