Rice with ham and lettuce

    extra-large eggs, beaten

    chives, chopped
  • oil

    ham, cut into strips
  • 1
    small head of lettuce, shredded
  • 250
    cooked white rice
  • 30
    soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste


Melt the butter in a pan and then pour the eggs in. Stir well and remove to a side dish when cooked but still creamy. Sauté the chives in a little oil and add the ham and lettuce. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry until warm. Add the scrambled eggs and mix lightly. Serve immediately.
