Ingredients (9)

25.00 ml butter
2.00 eggs — large, beaten
4.00 fresh chives — chopped
oil
125.00 g ham — cut into strips
1.00 lettuce — shredded
250.00 g rice — white, cooked
30.00 ml soy sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Melt the butter in a pan and then pour the eggs in.
Stir well and remove to a side dish when cooked but still creamy.
Sauté the chives in a little oil and add the ham and lettuce.
Add the soy sauce and stir-fry until warm. Add the scrambled eggs and mix lightly.
Serve immediately.
