Ingredients (9)

2 cup pnp brown rice
1 can beans
400 g sweetcorn
2 green pepper — diced
pepper — red or yellow
3 Tbs salad dressing — ceasar
of your choice
2 avocado — halved
3 ml paprika — for dusting

Method:

Toss all the ingredients together, except avocados and paprika.

Spoon rice mixture into avocado hollows.

Serve sprinkled with paprika.
