Ingredients (9)

250.00 ml rice — cooked
0.50 red pepper — chopped
0.50 green pepper — chopped
410.00 g peaches — tinned slices, drained
4.00 spring onion — chopped
250.00 ml mayonnaise
15.00 ml turmeric
2.00 pinch salt
2.00 pinces black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

1. In a bowl mix together rice, peppers, peaches and spring onions.
2. Add turmeric, salt and black pepper to mayonnaise and mix lightly. Add to salad and toss gently.
3. Refrigerate until needed.
