Rice salad

  • 250
    (1 cup) rice, cooked


1. In a bowl mix together rice, peppers, peaches and spring onions.
2. Add turmeric, salt and black pepper to mayonnaise and mix lightly. Add to salad and toss gently.
3. Refrigerate until needed.
