    can red peppers or 3 red peppers, charred and peeled

    rounds feta cheese
  • 100
    flaked almonds, toasted
  • 1
    tub cream cheese
  • 15
    chopped thyme


Put the red peppers, feta and toasted almonds in a food processor and pulse until just combined. Add the cream cheese and chopped thyme and pulse slowly until well combined. Season to taste.
