100.00 g milk — powder
125.00 ml custard powder
100.00 ml sugar

Method:

Blend the entire quantity of ready-made mixture with 250 ml cold water to form a smooth paste. Add 750 ml boiling water, mix well and heat till the mixture comes to the boil and thickens. Stir continuously.
Makes 1 litre (4 cups) custard.
