Ingredients (3)

125.00 ml raisins — seedless
125.00 ml brandy
100.00 g margarine — soft

Method:

Boil the raisins and brandy together until the raisins are soft and plump. Process in a food processor. Add the softened margarine and mix well. Chill till needed. Serve with crumpets (see recipe).
Makes about 200 ml spread.
