Clean the radishes (do not peel them) and leave about 1 cm of the stems intact.
Arrange in a serving bowl with small bowls of salt and vodka on the side.
Guests dip a radish in the vodka, then in the salt and pop it into their mouth.

Cherry tomatoes can be given the same treatment!
