Ingredients (8)

750.00 ml pasta — screws
1.00 onion — sliced
185.00 g tuna — tinned in oil
4.00 carrots — scraped and julienned
rice spice
fish spice
20.00 ml wine — white
410.00 g sweetcorn — creamed

Method:

Cook the pasta in 5 litres of boiling water until tender. Drain well and set aside.
Sauté the onion in the tuna oil. Add the carrots and stir-fry until glossy. Season with the spices. Add the white wine and bring to a rapid boil. Reduce the heat and add the sweetcorn, tuna and pasta. Heat until warmed through. If desired, turn into a dish, sprinkle with cheese and grill until the cheese has melted.
Serves 4.
