Ingredients (10)

4.00 bread — fresh white, sliced
milk
25.00 ml butter
25.00 ml flour — cake
125.00 ml sour cream
salt
freshly ground black pepper
50.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated
200.00 g tuna — tinned in brine, drained
25.00 ml parmesan cheese

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350 ºF). Cut the bread slices into circles, moisten slightly with the milk and place in the hollows of a greased muffin pan. Make a white sauce with the butter, flour and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and tuna, blend well and spoon into the bread hollows. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
