1.00 kg beef mince
46.00 g soup powder — brown onion
175.00 ml yoghurt — plain
1.00 eggs — extra-large
80.00 ml cheddar cheese — grated

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350ºF). Spray a large 24 x 12 x 8 – cm loaf tin with non-stick spray.
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended. Turn into the loaf tin, spreading the mixture evenly. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Remove the aluminium foil after 1 hour. Remove the loaf from the gravy in the tin and slice. Thicken the gravy with cornflour and serve with the meat slices and mashed potato if desired.
Makes one medium-sized loaf.
