Quick ginger beer

Ingredients

  • 1
    kg
    sugar
  • 15
    ml
    Jamaica ginger (in bottle)
  • 2.50
    Litres
    warm water
  • 10
    g
    (1 packet) instant yeast
 

Method

 
Mix the ingredients together, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Leave for 4 hours and skim off the foam.
Bottle and cork.
