Ingredients (10)

410.00 g peaches — slices
410.00 g pineapple — cut into chunks
410.00 g pears — sliced
840.00 g guavas — halved
2.00 bananas — sliced
cherries — Maraschino
397.00 g condensed milk
50.00 ml lemon juice
100.00 g almonds — flaked
125.00 ml coconut

Method:

Drain the canned fruits, reserving 200 ml of the syrup.
Blend the condensed milk and lemon juice. Add the reserved fruit syrup and mix well. Turn into a deep glass bowl and leave to thicken.
Arrange the fruit in layers in the condensed milk mixture, sprinkling each layer with almond flakes.
Sprinkle the top layer with coconut and chill till needed.
Serves 6-8.
