Ingredients (12)

45 ml fresh chillies — 573
500 g Beef Sirloin — strips
1 onion — sliced
100 g green beans — sliced
100 g baby corn — halved
2 carrots — julienned
1 yellow pepper — juilenned
1 red pepper — julienned
60 ml soy sauce
45 ml chilli sauce
15 ml sugar
salt — to taste

Method:

In a wok, heat the olive oil and brown the steak for 5 minutes. Add the onion, beans, baby corn and carrots, and stir-fry for another 4 minutes. Stir in the peppers and fry until soft and tender. Mix
together soya, chilli sauce, sugar and salt, add to the wok and heat through. Serve hot.
