Ingredients (4)

400.00 g roasted chicken, shredded — leftover
1.00 instant sauce — creamy roast chicken
1.00 red pepper — chopped
400.00 g puff pastry — defrosted

Method:

Mix leftover shredded roast chicken with prepared instant sauce mix.
Add a chopped red pepper.
Cut circles from the puff pastry using a saucer as a guide.
Place filling in centre. Fold pastry over and using a fork, press closed. Bake at 200 ºC for 20 minutes until golden.
Serve with extra sauce if desired.
