Ingredients (9)

1 cup oats — rolled
1/4 tsp cinnamon — ground
1 cup milk
3 kiwi fruit — puréed
1 cup yoghurt — Greek
2 red apples — thinly sliced
75 g pomegranate rubies
50 g pistachios — chopped
1/4 cup honey — to drizzle

Method:

Place the oats and cinnamon in a bowl, pour over milk, cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix together kiwi purée and yoghurt.

Divide oats between 4 bowls, top with apples and yoghurt mixture. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and nuts and drizzle with honey.
