Quick Asian fish

Asian fish

    olive oil
  • 4
    x 250 g fish fillets
  • 1
    red onion, diced
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 250
    soya sauce
  • 15
    soft brown sugar
  • 5
    fish sauce
  • 1
    lime, the juice


about 20 minutes
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the fish fillets for about three minutes one ach side.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic for about three minutes, then add the soya sauce, born sugar, fish sauce and lime juice.
Simmer until the sauce becomes syrupy.
Add the fish and heat through.
Serve with steamed fragrant rice, asparagus and mangetout.
