Puffy flapjacks with bubbly chocolate

Ingredients (8)

250.00 g flour
15.00 ml Baking powder
30.00 ml castor sugar
100.00 ml water — soda
150.00 ml milk
1.00 eggs — free-range
30.00 ml butter — melted
200.00 g chocolate — Aero, chopped

Method:

Sift the flour and baking powder in a
bowl. Add the sugar. Beat together the
soda water, milk and egg. Mix into the dry
ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in the butter. Heat a non-stick pan
over medium heat and drop in spoonfuls
of batter. As bubbles appear on the top,
flip over and cook the other side. Stack
the flapjacks that are done on a plate with pieces of chocolate between them, and
put them in the oven to keep warm as you
cook the remaining batter.
