Puffs with herbed cream cheese

  • 250
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 250
    herbed cottage cheese
  • 1
    choux pastry puffs (see recipe)


Blend herbed cream cheese with smooth cottage cheese and spoon the mixture into a piping bag. Fill the cooled choux pastry puffs with the cheese mixture and serve immediately. Enough for about 40 puffs.
