Puffs of cherry and goat's milk cheese

    ready-made puff pastry
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 120
    goat's milk cheese
  • 100
    Gorgonzola cheese
  • 12
    cherries, halved
  • 4
    balsamic glaze
  • 60
    Parmesan cheese shavings, to serve


Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the pastry into 12 neat squares. Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking tray.

Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown. Leave to cool.

Mix the cheeses and spread some on each base. Mix the cherries and glaze.

Spoon a little on top and garnish with Parmesan cheese shavings.
