Puffs of cherry and goat’s milk cheese

Ingredients (7)

200.00 g puff pastry
1.00 eggs — beaten
120.00 g goat's milk cheese
100.00 g gorgonzola cheese
12.00 cherries — halved
4.00 Tbs balsamic reduction
60.00 g parmesan cheese — shavings, to serve

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut the pastry into 12
neat squares. Brush with
beaten egg and place on
a baking tray.

Bake for
15 minutes or until puffed
up and golden brown.
Leave to cool.

Mix the
cheeses and spread some
on each base. Mix the
cherries and glaze.

Spoon
a little on top and garnish
with Parmesan cheese
shavings.
