Ingredients (5)

200.00 g frozen puff pastry — thawed
125.00 ml tomato sauce — ready-made, warmed
24.00 prawns — cooked
fresh basil — to serve
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Cut pastry into 12 cm rounds and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until puffed up and golden. Spoon tomato sauce and prawns on top. Garnish with basil leaves and season with black pepper.
Serves 4.
