Ingredients (9)

12.00 potatoes — medium
190.00 ml mayonnaise
190.00 ml sour cream
30.00 ml vinegar — wine
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
25.00 ml wholegrain mustard
140.00 ml spring onions — chopped
140.00 ml fresh chives — chopped
300.00 ml feta cheese — crumbled

Method:

Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water until tender. Drain the potatoes, skin while still hot and dice.
Beat the mayonnaise, sour cream and vinegar together and season generously with salt and pepper.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour over the potato salad.
Mix lightly and serve lukewarm or cold.
Serves 8.
