Ingredients (7)

4.00 potatoes — large, sliced
250.00 ml ricotta cheese — or low fat smooth cottage cheese
100.00 g salmon — smoked or smoked salmon trout
1.00 fresh dill — chopped
4.00 spring onions
30.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
0.00 sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Place well washed potatoes in a cold oven. Turn oven to 200 ºC and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Remove potatoes and transfer oven to grill.
Slice each potato in half and scoop out flesh.
Place flesh in a bowl and mix with all remaining ingredients – depending on the version you choose.
Pile mixture into the potato shells.
Place under the grill and cook until golden.
Serve immediately.
