Ingredients (9)

700.00 g pork — cut into strips
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
oil
3.00 cm fresh ginger — skinned and grated
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
5.00 ml ginger — ground
15.00 ml soy sauce
10.00 ml lemon juice
45.00 ml stock — vegetable

Method:

Season the pork strips with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a wok or fairly large pan and stir-fry the meat until lightly browned. Add the fresh ginger and garlic while stir-frying. Reduce the heat and add the ground ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice and vegetable stock. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with prawn crackers.
Serves 4.
