Ingredients (6)

400.00 g pork steaks — (neck or ribe eye)
60.00 ml flour — cake, seasoned with salt and pepper
30.00 ml sunflower oil
50.00 ml butter
20.00 fresh sage
60.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Dip pork steaks in seasoned flour to coat both sides.
Heat oil, butter and sage leaves in a shallow frying pan. Add pork steaks and brown quickly on either side. Transfer to a dish.
Add lemon juice to frying pan and bring to boil. Stir well, then return pork steaks to frying pan for a few minutes to heat through.
Serve hot with noodles.
