Pork sausages with peaches

Ingredients (10)

1.00 onion — large, chopped
oil
500.00 g sausages — pork
410.00 g peaches — slices
50.00 ml tomato sauce
30.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
50.00 ml chutney
Tabasco sauce — a few drops
dried oregano
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Sauté the onion in a little oil till soft. Add the pork sausages and fry till done.
Mix the peach syrup, tomato and Worcestershire sauce and chutney and pour into the pan. Heat till the sauce comes to the boil, add the peach slices and simmer till the peaches are heated through. Season with Tabasco sauce, origanum and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with rice and a salad.
Serves 4.
