Pork sausages with peaches

    large onion, chopped
  • oil

    pork sausages
  • 410
    peach slices
  • 50
    tomato sauce
  • 30
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 50
  • few drops Tabasco sauce
  • dried origanum to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Sauté the onion in a little oil till soft. Add the pork sausages and fry till done. Mix the peach syrup, tomato and Worcestershire sauce and chutney and pour into the pan. Heat till the sauce comes to the boil, add the peach slices and simmer till the peaches are heated through. Season with Tabasco sauce, origanum and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice and a salad. Serves 4.
