Pork sausages and mushrooms

  • 500
    pork sausages
  • garlic to taste
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 250
    fresh mushrooms
  • dash white wine
  • sour cream
  • mixed herbs to taste


Brown pork sausages in oil, remove from the pan and slice. Fry garlic, chopped onion and sliced mushrooms in the pan fat until fragrant. Season. Return the pork sausages to the pan, add a dash of white wine and reduce. Add enough sour cream to cover the ingredients. Season with mixed herbs, simmer until slightly thickened and serve.
