Ingredients (7)

125.00 g noodles — egg
30.00 ml oil
350.00 g pork — tenderloin diced
1.00 onion — sliced
1.00 pepper — green and red, deseeded, strips
30.00 ml sherry
160.00 g yellow bean sauce

Method:

1. Cook noodles according to pack instructions. Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and stir-fry the pork until it changes colour.
2. Add the onion and peppers and cook until softened. Drizzle in the sherry, allow to sizzle and reduce, then add the sauce.
3. Toss the noodles and toss into the vegetable mixture until well coated in the sauce before serving.
Note: No seasoning is required as the bean sauce is very salty.
Serves 4.
