Ingredients (5)

2 kg pork neck — cut in pieces
1 cabbage — red, chopped
500 g quince — peeled, sliced
2 cup port
salt — to taste

Method:

Brown the pork, frying the cabbage at the same time.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer till the quince is soft.
