Pork kebabs with ginger, carrot juice and verjuice

Ingredients (6)

1.00 pork fillets — cut into cubes
0.00 bacon — streaky
MARINADE
250.00 ml carrot juice — fresh
250.00 ml verjuice
45.00 ml fresh ginger — finely chopped
45.00 ml soy sauce

Method:

Mix all marinade ingredients.
Add the cubed pork fillet and marinate overnight.
Wrap fillet cubes in streaky bacon and thread onto kebab sticks.
Grill until cooked through.
Reduce the marinade and use as a dipping sauce, or serve kebabs with a good sweet and sour sauce.
