Pork chops with mustard mash potatoes

Ingredients (6)

10 potatoes — peeld and cubed
30 ml wholegrain mustard
80 ml fresh chillies — 573
lemon — juice only
6 pork — chops
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Pre-heat the oven grill.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

In the mean time, season the pork chops and grill for 5 minutes one ach side.

Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.

Add the mustard, olive oil and lemon juice. Mash roughly.

Serve with the chops and some wilted greens.
