Ingredients (15)

250.00 g sweet potatoes
500.00 g sausages — pork
250.00 g chorizo — or Russian sausages
2.00 onion — finely chopped
2.00 celery stalks — finely chopped
30.00 ml oil
60.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
30.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
2.00 apples — grated
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml cumin
15.00 ml oregano
200.00 g breadcrumbs — fresh
125.00 ml stock — chicken
1.00 lemon — zest and juice

Method:

1. Boil and mash the sweet potato.
2. Remove the pork sausages from their casings.
3. Skin the chorizo and dice.
4. Sauté the onion and celery in the oil.
5. Mix all the ingredients together.
