0.00 maize meal — polenta
0.00 butter — melted
0.00 fresh sage
0.00 garlic — large cloves, crushed
0.00 parmesan cheese — grated

Method:

Spread polenta onto a greased baking tray.
Pour over butter, toss over garlic and Parmesan cheese, scatter the sage leaves over and pop under the grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melting and golden.
Cut into squares and serve with spiced slow-cooked leg of lamb.
