Ingredients (6)

4.00 orange — peel
30.00 ml brown sugar
30.00 ml butter
8.00 cake — vanilla, chocolate or ginger loaf
250.00 ml chocolate — sauce
20.00 ml orange liqueur — optional

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
Place oranges in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Using 4 side plates, place 2 slices of cake on each. Place an orange on top of each and drizzle chocolate sauce and liqueur over.
Serve immediately.
