Pita with steak and salad

    sunflower oil
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 400
    minute steaks, cut into strips
  • 1
    fresh chilli, sliced (or more to taste)
  • 1
    lettuce, shredded
  • 1
    cucumber, cubed
  • 2
    tomatoes, cubed
  • 4
    pita breads
  • readymade tzatziki


Heat oil in a heavy-based frying pan. Sauté onion until soft. Add meat and chilli and fry over a high heat for one minute. Spoon into pita breads and add salad ingredients. Serve immediately with tzatziki.
