Pistachio milk

  • 250
    (1 cup) pistachios or almonds, blanched
  • 375
    (1 ½ cups) water


Blend the nuts and water for 3 minutes.

Strain the mixture through a paper coffee filter, using a spatula to push it through.

Chill until needed.
