Pink's chicken kebabs

Time 15 minutes plus marinating time


  • 6
    chicken breast fillets, cut into cubes
  • 60
    soya sauce
  • 1
    pink food colouring
  • 60
  • 60
    tomato sauce


6 to 10 minutes
Thread the chicken cubes onto wooden kebab sticks (soak sticks in water for 30 minutes before using, to prevent them burning).
Mix together the soya sauce, food colouring, honey and tomato sauce.
Place the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate overnight or for two hours.
Place on a greased baking tray and grill for three to five minutes on each side, basting with the marinade.
