Pineapple and ginger pudding

    ginger biscuits, broken into pieces

    custard, made with milk powder and prepared according to the directions on the packet or use half th
  • 100
    chocolate, melted (optional)


Use 4 pudding bowls, suitable for 1 portion each. Arrange the pineapple chunks and ginger biscuits in layers in each bowl. Pour over a generous quantity of custard and drizzle a little melted chocolate on top. Leave for a while before serving. Serves 4.
