Ingredients (9)

375.00 ml butternut — raw, grated
375.00 ml pineapple — grated
30.00 ml orange juice
30.00 ml lemon juice
15.00 ml brandy — ginger
15.00 ml glacé ginger — glacé, chopped
15.00 ml sultanas — or raisins
Tabasco sauce — to taste
almonds — toasted and fresh mint, to garnish

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
