60.00 ml cottage cheese
210.00 g pilchards in tomato sauce
10.00 ml lemon juice
15.00 ml mayonnaise
60.00 ml celery stalks — finely chopped
25.00 ml spring onions
5.00 radishes — finely sliced
25.00 ml almonds — flaked, toasted
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
3.00 muffins — toasted

Method:

Combine all ingredients, season to taste and spread on the muffin halves, or use rolls or 6 slices toast.
